　　What you’ll do

　　You will be responsible for carrying out any repair or rectifying any maintenance issues throughout the hotel as and when they arise

　　You will respond to and attend to guest repair requests

　　You will perform preventative maintenance on tools, kitchen and mechanical equipment

　　You will be an excellent communicator and build excellent relationships with departments across the hotel

　　Report on any new or developing engineering works that need to be addressed to the Engineering Manager

　　Assist with maintaining the physical appearance and operational efficiency of the hotel including physical, mechanical, electrical, plumbing etc

　　Assist with energy saving and green initiatives within the hotel

　　Assist with inventory organisation and ordering

　　What we’re looking for

　　Experience in a similar role

　　A plumbing or electrical qualification is an advantage but not compulsory
