　　Responsible for all aspects of Maintenance including but not limited to rotogravure printing presses, blown film extruders, slitters, bag making machinery and all ancillary equipment.  

　　Key Responsibility Areas:

　　Maintain and repair building systems: HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, etc.Maintain and repair electrical systems: (change lightbulbs, clean and repair circuit breakers).Ensure fitness and safety of all electrical and mechanical systems through routine testing.Troubleshoot issues and repair all production machinery.Inspect alarm systems (Fire and protection) and schedule repairs when needed.Perform pest control such as spraying insecticide.Perform manual repairs (fix locks, replace windows) when needed.General upkeep of building and grounds (landscaping, painting, carpentry) when needed.Skills & Knowledge

　　A strong electrical aptitude.Ability to read electrical control schematics.Ability to read mechanical drawings.Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician and a working knowledge of maintenance processes and methods.Mechanically inclined and understand how to use a variety of tools, common appliances and devices.A basic understanding of HVAC, hydraulic and plumbing systems.Qualifications

　　CMRP Certification -- Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional.HVAC Certification.Building Maintenance Technology Certification.Knowledge of PLC's (Programmable Logic Controllers).* Physical demands of the Maintenance Technician position*
