　　A car part manufacturer in Twinsburg is seeking a Maintenance Technician on 1st shift to join their team! This position will provide preventative building matinetnace to the facility. If you have building maintenance experience and are looking for a permanent fit with a great company, please today!

　　salary: $58,240 - $62,400 per year

　　work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

　　Responsibilities

　　Looking for an individual that is capable of performing routine building maintenance:

　　Changing bulbs/filters/light fixtures/repairing toilets/painting/replacing worn items/replacing thermostats

　　Remodeling bathrooms i.e. new tile work, remove wallpaper, replacing toilets, replacing counter tops.

　　Capable of working independently.

　　Reports to myself.

　　Will provide computer.

　　Needs own general tools.

　　Will have an office cube.

　　Pay is dependent on experience.

　　Hourly position, 8-5 with an hour lunch Monday to Friday

　　Needs to be capable of driving (company vehicle), valid license with no more than two points.

　　Overtime as required.

　　Weekends as required.
