  Additional Information:

  This is a direct placement position. Will pay up to $36/hr if a candidate has a Journeyman License.

  Non-climate controlled environment

  Shifts:

  2nd shift Monday through Saturday. 2:00pm-10:00pm

  3rd shift is 10:00pm-6:00am. There are 4 openings on each shift.

  Need to be willingly to work OT.

  Perfect Candidate:

  3 years of experience working in automated manufacturing processes

  480v

  Experience with electrical and pneumatic equipment

  High school diploma or GED

  Experience with MS Office

  Description:

  The Maintenance Technician will have the following responsibilities:

  Serve as a technical resource to program robotics and set up secondary equipment to support daily production.

  Must understand robotic operations and dangers involved in operating equipment and protect workers and equipment.

  Report robotic and secondary equipment problems when they occur.

  Order all components for periodic maintenance and repair.

  Organize and oversee component usage and inventory.

  Develop and maintain a troubleshooting library to include all documentation for existing and/or new equipment.

  Coordinate implementation, installation and troubleshooting of current as well as new projects.

  Work with Engineering and Maintenance on continuous improvement of new and existing processes.

  Perform periodic inspection of all robot equipment and processes as necessary.

  Responsible for robotic related process and other related activities.

  Responsible for rebuilding sanders, buffers, robotic and other secondary equipment repair. Must be able to repair all equipment to original operating condition.

  Responsible for proper labeling of oils, solvents, fluids, etc.

  Perfect Candidate:

  3 years of experience working in automated manufacturing processes

  Experience with electrical and pneumatic equipment

  High school diploma or GED

  Experience with MS Office
