We are offering a \$10,000 signing bonus!What you\'ll do in this role: * Troubleshoot and perform repairs andmaintenance on parts of equipment including machines includingmechanical, hydraulic, electrical, electronic, and pneumatic repairs. *Repair production line equipment including conveyor belts, packagingequipment, grinding equipment and stacking equipment. * May perform orassist in the installation of machinery and equipment. * Cut andwelding, including light steel fabrication. * Inspects and adjustsequipment. * Assist in diagnosing malfunctions in machinery andequipment. * Performs maintenance duties or other duties as assigned.What you\'ll need to be successful: * Prior relevant maintenanceexperience. * Manufacturing experience preferred. * Ability forprolonged and repetitive motions of standing, twisting, stooping,kneeling, squatting, bending, climbing, reaching overhead and arms/handsdexterity. * Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. * Teachable attitudeand ability to learn on the job in a fast paced environment. * Abilityto read numbers, product descriptions, and maintain written records. *Ability to push button, monitor controls, and perform basic mathfunctions.
