　　A day in the life of our Maintenance Technician

　　The Maintenance Technician's role is to install and maintain all items of Plant and Machinery, including new technology to ensure that they are operating to their full potential.

　　Ensure that machinery, plant, equipment and services are maintained and operating to highest standards required to satisfy internal and external customer requirements

　　Work in a cross functional environment

　　To identify areas for improvement, take corrective action as required and resolve problems affecting machine efficiencies to ensure continuous improvement in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

　　Operate a combined mechanical and electrical maintenance system carrying out all electrical and mechanical tasks as either qualified and/or competent to carry out.

　　Ensure that all work carried out is in compliance with the required standards conforming to Company - GMP / SOP, Validation and various qualification requirements.

　　To complete all maintenance batch documentation right first time (i.e. correct and in full) in order to achieve Customer Service and Good Manufacturing Practice.

　　To accurately record equipment history to ensure compliance to Regulatory requirements and to assist with problem resolution.

　　Operate to Continuous Improvement methodologies either as individuals or as part of a team or teams to ensure root cause analysis, problem elimination and process improvements.

　　Who we are looking for...

　　Are you?

　　A time served Electrical/Fitter senior trade’s qualified person with some experience in process maintenance operations, preferably in a cGMP environment?

　　Do you have?

　　Experience in operating within a multiskilled environment.

　　Familiarity with automated PLC/PC controlled equipment (Servo Motion/ Network Cables/Vision systems/ Serialisation would be a distinct advantage).
