The work schedule is a 4,3 on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday from 7pm-7am + every other Wednesday 7pm-7am! Qualified candidates should have 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, advanced electrical repair and an advanced understanding of programmable logic controller. Location - LaVergne, Tennessee Shift - 2,2,3 schedule - Sun-Tues 7pm-7am + every other Wednesday 7pm-7am Pay Rate - $58k - $72k+ BOE This is a direct is a direct hire placement opportunity!! 　　Responsibilities

　　Mechanical or Electrical Degree from a vocational school or college or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

　　5+ years in a facility maintenance position, with 2+ years in electrical repair.

　　2+ years of experience in a leadership capacity.

　　2 years conveyor maintenance and repair experience.

　　General understanding of mechanical functions / applications.

　　Advanced mechanical aptitude.

　　Advanced understanding of PLC.

　　Evaluates training needs for Maintenance associates.

　　Prioritize and schedule equipment repairs and Preventative Maintenance, in collaboration with the management team.

　　Assist in determining needs for equipment, parts and supplies.

　　Evaluate equipment failures and provide complex emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment.

　　Ensure repairs and equipment downtime does not negatively impact the ability to meet service level agreements.

　　Ability to work at 4,3 schedule - Sun-Tues 7pm-7am + every other Wednesday 7pm-7am

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　working in a smoke free environment

　　wearing steel toe shoes

　　manual lifting up to 50lbs

　　standing for 8 hours at one time
