　　DESCRIPTION OF WORKIn this position, you will take care of various properties, including buildings and stockpiles. You will also ensure that machinery and equipment are well-maintained and repaired when necessary. In addition, you will be responsible for the upkeep of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire safety systems, as well as provide recommendations for any further work that may be needed. You will assist diesel mechanics in completing major repairs to equipment and vehicles. Furthermore, you will keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities for vehicles and equipment. Lastly, you will also handle tasks such as mowing lawns and removing snow from the building grounds.

　　Full-time employmentWork hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.Overtime, shiftwork and travel may be required for emergencies, training and specialized maintenance operations.
