　　Cleaning is required (sweeping, trash pickup, scrubbing, etc.)

　　Highly appeasing individual with a service mentality

　　Courteous and friendly

　　Able to communicate effectively

　　Able to stand for long periods of time

　　Able to drive a golf cart

　　Qualifications and Skills for Parking Facility Maintenance:

　　Driver's License required

　　1 year of Customer Service experience is preferred

　　High School education or equivalent

　　Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language
