　　What you will do

　　Coordina y planifica todas las rdenes de trabajo preventivo/predictivo de las reas de manufactura

　　asignadas. Asiste en proyectos especiales generados por el departamento de mantenimiento y otros

　　departamentos de la planta incluyendo ordenes de trabajo correctivo y de calibracin.

　　Coordinates and schedules all the preventive/predictive work orders of assigned areas. Support special projects

　　generated by the Maintenance Department and by other departments of the Plant including corrective work orders

　　and calibrations .

　　Proveer apoyo en el recibo, planificacin, estimados de trabajo y coordinacin de las rdenes de trabajo relacionadas con reparaciones y el mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo. Provides support in the receiving, planning, work estimates, and the coordination of work orders related to repairs, preventive and predictive maintenance. Trabajar como custodio y usuario del Sistema "Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)". Mantener el programa al da diariamente y realizar auditoras peridicas para asegurar el uso apropiado del sistema. Works as the custodian and user of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Procures to keep the program up to date on a daily basis and performs periodic audits to ensure the proper use of the system. Revisar las rdenes de trabajo, clarificar detalles con el originador asegurando el objetivo de la orden de trabajo. Prestar atencin especial a las rdenes de trabajo para acciones correctivas y preventivas. Reviews work orders, clarifies details with the originator to ensure the objective of the work order. Pay special attention to work orders for corrective and preventive actions. Asegurar que las rdenes de trabajo (preventivo and correctivo) estn debidamente aprobadas y que la fecha de trmino es alcanzable. Assures that work orders (preventive and corrective) are properly approved and that the completion date is achievable. Hacer el estimado del costo de los trabajos a realizarse en trminos de tiempo, materiales, piezas de repuesto y contratistas externos, de ser necesarios. After receiving the work order, makes costs estimates of the work to be performed in terms of time, materials, spare parts and the hiring of outside contractors, if needed. Discuss a daily work schedule, by shift and by Mechanic Operator or Maintenance Specialist Technician, at least one day prior to the execution of the work schedule. Personally, delivers the work schedule to the respective maintenance engineer of the area for its execution. Review the maintenance plans with the production areas leaders. Plans and keeps control of the work performed by contractors for the preventive, predictive and corrective work orders. Work Orders Status Preparar solicitud de servicio para calibraciones de emergencia o cambios de instrumentos. Prepares service request for emergency calibrations or change of instruments

　　Qualifications

　　What we are looking for

　　Required QualificationsGrado asociado de una universidad acreditada. Bachillerato en sistemas de informacin o Ingeniera, preferido Education: Associate degree of an accredited university. Bachelor degree in Information Systems or Engineering, preferred. Uno a tres (1-3) aos de experiencia con Sistemas de Mantenimiento, cGMPs y procesos de manufactura en una industria farmacutica. Experience: One to three (1-3) years of experience working with Maintenance Systems, cGMPs and Manufacturing Processes in the pharmaceutical industry. Trabajo liviano que requiere esfuerzo fsico. Requiere adems destrezas de comunicacin, coordinacin ojo-mano y la capacidad de movimiento, discriminacin visual y auditiva. Ocasionalmente levanta, carga, mueve y hala objetos. Physical Demands: Light work which requires physical effort. It also requires skills in communication, eye-hand coordination, and the ability to move, visual and auditory discrimination. Occasionally lifts, carries, moves, and pulls objects. Bilingue Espanol/Ingles oral y escrito. Bilingual (Spanish/English) oral and written.

　　Desired QualificationsConocimiento en sistemas computadorizados, procesos de Manufactura, cGMPs, OSHA y otras regulaciones aplicables a la industria farmacutica. Knowledgeable in Computerized Systems, Manufacturing Processes, cGMPs, OSHA and other pharmaceutical industry applicable regulations Destrezas trabajando con SOPs y con documentacin regulatoria. Skills working with SOPs and compliance related documentation.
