Hospital Experience PreferredQualifications: - Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in maintenance - Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints - Knowledge of electrical systems and ability to perform basic electrical repairs - Familiarity with logic controllers and their programming - Ability to provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment - Leadership skills to effectively guide and train junior maintenance staff. Duties: - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment - Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues - Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment - Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track and document maintenance activities - Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks - Fabricate and weld components as needed - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
