　　Must possess a skill in one of the following trades: Carpenter, plumbing, electrical, painting and or landscaping. NYS drivers license and approved to drive DDI vehicles. Maintain buildings and homes in a professional manner. Complete work orders in a timely manner interact appropriately and politely with all staff and clients. on call 24/7 for all agency emergency's must be available for snow and ice removal must be flexible to stay late oncome in early or work weekends. keep appropriate records and receipts.
