　　We are seeking a Maintenance Attendant to join the Brookfield Properties U.S. Office Division in Los Angeles. In this role, you will play a key role in inspiring change and continual improvement. 　　Role & Responsibilities:

　　Assist the Chief Engineer in the operation, maintenance and repairs of building and tenant related equipment.

　　Assist the engineering staff in operating the building systems, including but not limited to HVAC equipment

　　Assist in the maintenance and repairs of all equipment incidentals to the operation of the building systems including but not limited to replacing/repair lighting and ballasts as directed by engineering staff

　　Ability to service, repair and maintenance restroom fixtures not limited to plumbing, hardware, partitions, dispensers, etc

　　Perform lamp replacements per Angus work orders.

　　Organize lighting stock and inventory lamps and light fixture repair parts.

　　Ability to record daily utility readings clearly and legibly and log into engineers log book

　　Perform duties as directed from supervision of his/her immediate supervisor

　　Understanding and ability to utilize Angus Anywhere tenant requests and preventative maintenance tickets as they are issued

　　Clean up and maintain all work areas as directed, machine rooms and shop areas by means of vacuum, wet vac, mop, broom, floor scrubber, waxer, steam cleaner, high pressure spray cleaner, as well as other types of cleaning devices or equipment.

　　Receive deliveries, sort and stock materials.

　　Paint equipment as needed as requested

　　Flexibility for varying shift coverage with proper notification from supervisor

　　Must be mechanically inclined.

　　Experience in commercial building preferred

　　Performing general labor, such as carrying, stacking, and sorting of materials used in and around the job site, as well as debris removal.

　　Other tasks that are assigned

　　Good communications skills.

　　Must be able to work consistently on time as scheduled on site.

　　Self-motivated to learn new skills and increase knowledge.

　　Sound Digital Technology ability a plus and/or ability to learn, understand and deploy.
