RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform a variety ofmaintenance tasks to diagnose, repair, rebuild, replace mechanical,electrical, PLC, hydraulic and pneumatic systems on all plant equipmentand facilities. Use maintenance knowledge to increase productivity,decrease downtime and waste. Work with a sense of urgency to respond tomachine downtime events. Will be required to complete in-house trainingprograms to develop equipment specific maintenance skills. The positionmay also require attendance at external training that may requireoccasional overnight travel. Must be able to follow all safety andcompany policies that include lock-out tag-out procedures. BASICQUALIFICATIONS: At least 1 year of experience successfullytroubleshooting and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment. Musthave knowledge and experience with repairing and maintaining mechanical,electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC systems and industrial equipment.Be passionate about maintaining a safe and clean work environment.Ability to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as needed. Must haveown basic tools (PCA will provide specialized tools and an annual toolallowance).
