Description We are in search of a Mailroom Assistant to be a part of our team situated in Watertown, Massachusetts. As a Mailroom Assistant, you will be tasked with handling customer inquiries, processing deliveries, and maintaining an efficient mailroom operation. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process and manage courier services to ensure smooth mailroom operations.

• Handle customer service inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Accurately process customer data entry tasks.

• Utilize the ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning system to manage and organize resources.

• Operate Inkjet and Konica Minolta equipment for printing and copying tasks.

• Use the Kronos Timekeeping System to accurately track and manage time-related data.

• Maintain accurate customer and delivery records using Microsoft Access.

• Ensure an organized and efficient mailroom environment through proficient use of 'About Time' management tools.

• Handle and process deliveries in a timely and accurate manner. Requirements • Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Experience with Inkjet technology

• Familiarity with Konica Minolta equipment

• Proficiency in using Kronos Timekeeping System

• Knowledge of Microsoft Access

• Experience with About Time software

• Prior experience in courier services

• Strong customer service skills

• Excellent data entry skills
