　　A Machinist IV job is available with our client in Hagerstown, MD. In this role you will be responsible for completing the fabrication of requested material to achieve defined specifications and provide responsive emergency fabrication support. To be considered for this role, you will have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent and typically 10 or more years of relevant experience.

　　Machinist IV Job Duties:

　　Complete the fabrication of requested material to achieve defined specifications and provide responsive emergency fabrication support.

　　Apply your knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, metal properties, layout, and machining procedures to set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments.

　　Fabricate and modify parts to make or repair machine tools or maintain machines and equipment.

　　Write more complex programs for engineering drawings for machined part fabrication.

　　KNOWLEDGE / SKILL / ABILITY / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

　　High School Diploma or GED equivalent and typically 10 or more years of relevant experience.

　　Advanced knowledge and experience with the practical application of machining techniques.

　　Advanced experience with machining tools and equipment.

　　Understanding of 3-D printing techniques desired but not required.
