About Machinist

　　Our client in Hibbing is looking for a machinist to join their production team. Machinists need to be able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings effectively orally and in writing. Must be able to use math to perform calculations and be able to use measuring tools. Able to stand for long hours. Responsible for inspecting machinery for any needed repairs, documenting them, and making any necessary minor repairs. Work with others to maintain safety and productivity. Produce very complex machined parts by setting up, programming and operating a Lathe computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; and maintaining equipment. 2 shifts Monday - Friday 7-3p or Monday -Thursday 3p-1am
