We specialize in Short and Medium production runs as well as prototyping all types of industrial and cleanroom garments. Primarily working with lighter weight fabrics. Our equipment range encompasses Single needle machines, Sergers, Flatfellers, Bar Tack, Walking-foot, Snap Setters, etc. We are a bi-lingual work environment (English and Spanish).

　　Job Summary:

　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　• Accuracy, attention to detail, quality minded.

　　• Ability to read, and comprehend, build of material work orders.

　　Ensures sewing quality meets written specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources.

　　• Prepares machine by changing needles and thread; securing attachments.

　　• Maintains quality by inspecting finished product.

　　• Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions, notifies supervisor of service needs.

　　Experience with the following machines preferred:

　　SN single needle and/or double needle

　　5 threads serge & safety stitch

　　Flat fell machine – two needles with folder

　　Bartack machine

　　Bias folder on SN

　　Snap equipment

　　Position Requirements:

　　• Previous experience as an industrial sewer or production environment beneficial

　　• Position is a full basis, M to F. Overtime possible.

　　• Ability to self-start and work in a production environment.
