Summary: Ensure that all processed jobs are printed in a manner that meets the Quality Control standards while also meeting volume/efficiency expectations.

　　MAJOR ACTIVITIES

　　1) Print all letter jobs as they are spooled to the OCE, Ricoh and/or Xerox printers. This includes, re-prints, samples, and test jobs for programming.

　　2) Quality inspect print jobs as they are printed and assist with the QC procedures for all jobs coming off of the print machines.

　　3) Assist mechanic with loading proper stock for print jobs and set-up/adjustment of folder/cutters as needed.

　　4) Record/enter data according to company SOP at the beginning and end of print jobs (spool files).

　　5) Obtaining stock from WIP area to ensure timely print of jobs received from Computer Room.

　　6) Change form rolls as appropriate at the start of new jobs.

　　7) All other tasks as assigned by supervisor, manager, or Senior Management.

　　8) Will comply with all current and future security and compliance requirements.

　　EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS

　　Education/Experience: High School Diploma or G.E.D.

　　Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar mail facility with working knowledge of both Xerox and OCE printers. Must possess the ability to read and write English.Knowledge and Skills: Working knowledge of both Xerox/Ricoh and OCE printers with regard to paper load, alignment, and print process.

　　Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy paper stock, up to and including 40 lbs. as well as the ability to control and load OCE rolls in a timely fashion with minimal paper waste. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, bending at the waist and knees.
