The Machine Operator II that supports our SDC business has responsibility for critical machine operations in Assembly and Packaging and Tubed Media Manufacturing. A Machine Operator II can operate all critical machines for Self-Contained Biological Indicator (SCBI) Assembly and tubed media manufacturing, labeling, and packaging.

Complying with production schedules, concerns, and timelines.Maintaining accurate production data to support continuous improvement opportunities.Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (Wis).Following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) to ensure compliance.Complying with all safety and regulatory standards.Application of the Mesa Labs Quality Policy and active monitoring of product quality during manufacturing.MACHINERY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operating and maintaining tubed media filling equipment.Operating and maintaining tubed media torquing and labeling equipment.Operating and maintaining SCBI assembly machines (PODS, and EZH).Operating and maintaining all Assembly and Packaging Labelers.Assisting with troubleshooting machine performance issues.Coordinating with Maintenance team for critical machine repairs.Work closely with Manager - Manufacturing to suggest and implement machinery improvements.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Qualifications/Education:

High School diploma or GED, required.One or more years' experience in a manufacturing environment, required.One or more years' of machine operation experience, required.Experience in a Federal Drug Administration (FDA) regulated industry, preferred.Any equivalent combination of education and experience.Compensation/Benefits:

The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and compensation for this position. The package includes base salary, bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k/Match.

Salary for this position is $22/hr.
