[As a Machine Operator/Adjuster you will be learning to maintain and adjust automatic envelope manufacturing and printing machines. Your other tasks will include installing gears, plunger, rollers, or other machine parts to accommodate specific envelope sizes. Additionally, you will be responsible for repairing, installing/replacing worn machine parts and completing size changeovers based on job orders. This position requires excellent mechanical skills. After successfully completing the training period, which normally lasts 6-15 months, you will be qualified for promotion to a full Machine Adjuster.

　　Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.Excellent mechanical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Basic math skills and the ability to accurately read a ruler.Ability to work and meet deadlines with minimal direction.Ability to change tasks and direction quickly depending on business needs.Basic computer skills.Must possess ability to work at a rapid pace.Willingness to work overtime as needed.[This job normally works 40 hours a week M-F. We have positions available on both 2nd and 3rd shift, M-F. 2nd shift works from 3pm-11pm and earns an additional $0.50/hr shift premium. 3rd shift works from 11pm-7am and earns an additional $1.00/hr shift premium.
