　　Responsible for operating press brake, saws and plasma table to fabricate raw steel according to job order, verbal instructions and blueprints.[ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:]{arial",sans-serif"=""}

　　Promote and comply with all Company and safety policies and procedures.Operate previously set up machine, for bending steel.Operate saw to process material to customer specifications.Operate plasma table to produce parts to customer specifications.Lifts work pieces manually or with hoist and positions and secures it on machine table in drilling jig or holding fixture.Moves machine controls to feed tools into work piece and engages automatic feed.Observes machine operation and verifies conformance of work piece to specifications, using fixed gauges, calipers and micrometers.Read all measuring devices including rules, tapes, micrometers, and calipers.Changes worn cutting tools using wrenches.Moves controls to adjust cutting speeds, feed rates and depth of cut.May assist Machine Setter in setting up machine.May sharpen cutting tools using drill sharpener.May perform minor assembly, such as fastening parts with nuts, bolts and screws using power tools and hand tools.Handling of materials to move them from an area to the drill line.
