Machine Operator/Lead

　　Description:

　　candidates are in charge of maintaining the machinery. They will go into the systems, adjust speeds according to production and maintain steady flow of machines. they will need to also be able to change lubes, oils and change tooling's. Making sure everything is runs efficiently is key. They also will assist supervisors to help set up production for the day.

　　Leadership is key for these positions. They will work with different departments so communication is key, along with some knowledge of computers as they will go in and make any adjustments needed to the machines
