　　Under the guidance of a registered nurse, provides safe and effective nursing care to an assigned group of patients in a variety of age groups.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Completion of LPN/LVN program.

　　Washington Licensed Practical Nurse upon hire.

　　National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

　　Recent patient care experience.

　　Preferred Qualification:
