Job Summary: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Griswold Care Pairing in Sarasota County is an individual contributor role that plays a crucial part in providing quality healthcare services to our clients in Venice, Sarasota, Manatee and surrounding areas. As a Contractor Healthcare/Medical professional, the LPN will work closely with our franchise team to deliver personalized and compassionate care to our clients. This role offers a competitive compensation of $400 per day for LIVE-IN, paid weekly.  Compensation & Benefits: • $400 per day compensation, paid weekly • Flexible work schedule Responsibilities: • Conduct assessments and develop care plans for assigned clients • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician • Monitor clients' health status and provide necessary interventions • Educate and support clients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention • Document and maintain accurate medical records • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and the franchise team to ensure continuity of care • Adhere to all healthcare and safety regulations Requirements: • Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Florida • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or home healthcare setting • Ability to work independently and in a team • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients • Must pass Level 2 background check
