Summary About the Position: Serves as the U.S Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) Medical Readiness Command (MRC) Logistics Management Specialist / Property Book Officer responsible for coordinating with functional representatives to manage property and medical equipment. This position is with the Medical Readiness Command Pacific located at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. Responsibilities Develop policy, internal controls, and programs for property accountability and medical equipment maintenance management. Analyze Army regulations pertaining to authorization documents for research and development, type classification of material, list of reportable items, stock control, and supply procedures. Schedule actions needed to meet requirements for delivery of equipment and supplies on time. Identify improvements in the policies, plans, methods, procedures, systems, or techniques in support of the property management and medical equipment maintenance programs.
