Description

Robert Half is seeking a meticulous and motivated Logistics Clerk for our client located in North Miami. As a Logistics Clerk, you will play a vital role in the logistics operations, ensuring the seamless and punctual delivery of goods. Your duties will include managing records, preparing shipment documentation, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.

Prepare and handle shipping and receiving documents.

Maintain accurate inventory records and update databases.

Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to resolve shipping or delivery issues.

Assist in scheduling and planning shipments.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Provide administrative support to the logistics team as required.

Requirements

Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or a related field is preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Bilingual Spanish

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

High attention to detail and accuracy.
