As a Logistics Analyst you will be responsible for coordination of administrative daily import/transport activities necessary for air, road, or sea transport of goods, in accordance with company policies, as well as applicable norms and standards, collaboration with material departments and customer relations managers. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Work closely with procurement specialists, customer relationship managers and acts as a reference person for colleagues with questions regarding delivery activities.
Ensure that all transactions are properly recorded in the transaction log and efficiently resolves any problems that may arise regarding customs documents.
Keep up-to-date on all types of documents involved in import operations, international rules on the transportation of goods, delivery conditions, and Romanian/international customs legislation;
Responsible for meeting estimated/negotiated delivery deadlines and maintaining documents in accordance with Emerson's document archiving policy.
Supervise the implementation of all Emerson regulations, local policies, and US and EU resolutions inside the processes and continuously promotes the company's image and interests.
Actively participates in departmental meetings and gets involved in resolving crisis situations that may affect the company and is constantly concerned with improving the work done.
Performs any task given by the direct supervisor or management related to the responsibilities of the position and/or compliance with current legislation.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Secondary or higher education.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word/Excel/Power Point) and general computer use.
Good communication skills in English.
Analytical thinking and good organizational skills.
