The Location Leader Program promotes coordination across three core pillars of 'People', 'Community', and 'Workplace' for all businesses and functions in the firm's strategic hubs around the globe. Each hub's local leadership team consists of Location Leaders acting as executive sponsors for the hubs and Location Managers serving as in-hub coordinators. The leadership team focuses on creating world-class campuses that operate efficiently and effectively as a single community.
The Location Leader Program is seeking an Executive Director - Program Manager to manage the global program strategy, share best practices across hubs, and coordinate with other firm-wide programs as appropriate, including partnership with key stakeholders (i.e. HR, Tech, MLT, etc). This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills as well as experience in project management.
Job Responsibilities:
Program Execution - Build and maintain critical partnership with all Location Leaders to ensure that their respective Location Management team effectively execute core responsibilities
Program Management - Facilitate connectivity across Firm-wide Location Management Team
Agenda ownership for Location Leader Program Quarterly Governance forum and closure to any related follow-ups
Stakeholder Management - Gather and address tactical feedback from key stakeholders
Coordination - Coordinate with other functions and programs with cross-location efforts, including the HR Market Lead Program, The Tech Hub Program, Corporate Responsibility and the Market Leadership Team Program
Hub Performance Evaluations - Build and monitor Location Leader Program success metrics and scorecards for all existing hubs and future locations as the program expands to cover new locations
Budget Management - Oversee any Location Leader Program budgeting and central support for location events
Succession Planning - Partner with Location Leaders on succession planning
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
10+ years of broad Tech, Ops or "other related support" experience, Program or Project Management background preferred
Superior organizational and project management skills, strong attention-to-detail, and self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and effectively partner with all levels of the organization across all functions and all geographies and to foster a collaborative, positive culture across all locations globally
