Position Summary
The Loan Support Specialist provides general administrative support to the lending team. Duties include greeting visitors, answering phone calls, distributing mail, managing courier deliveries, researching customer inquiries and assuring the reception area is welcoming to visitors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support to the department. Act as receptionist and gatekeeper to the floor.Distribute daily, weekly, and monthly loan reports.Manage promisory notes, paid note processing, and collateral release.Process UCC Searches, flood determinations, credit reportsOrganize loan documents for imaging. Import documents into Sageworks Document Library.Maintain the department's common areas and equipment, including office supplies.Prepare and reconcile all department invoices, credit card statements and expense reimbursements.Complete online, written and in-person compliance training within established timeframes.Other duties as assigned.Position Specific Responsibilities

Process DMV.Process Accudraw Transactions and DWIs.Monitor the pending loan document tickler report to verify collateral has been perfected. Resolve any issues.Complete collateral record on IBS for all loan types.Complete loan documentation on Consumer and Construction loans.Qualifications

One year of clerical experience in a lending environment or related financial institution experience.Loan Support Specialist II
Two years of related experience in lending, loan operations, administration, or servicing.Loan Support Specialist III
Four years of related experience in lending, loan operations, administration, or servicing.Previous experience with loan documentation software such as CSI Runtime or LaserPro.All positions
Related military education/experience may be used as a substitute for work experience.Knowledge and Communication Skills
