　　Responsibilities:

　　Input data entry of new loans bookings, loan disbursing, loan filemaintenance, and servicing of all loan types on the Banks coresystemReview data input for accuracy and completeness.Process daily functions of all loan records including loan payments,construction draws, advances, participation payments and payoffrequests.Analyze adjustable-rate mortgages for payment adjustments andinterest rate changes.Answer incoming customer calls with enthusiasm and professionalism.Communicate questions about documents or loan data to Loan ServicingLead, Loan Servicing Supervisor, or Loan Operations Manager.Upload loan documentation to electronic file.Adhere to Bank policies and procedures as well as industryregulations.Who You Are

　　Associate degree preferred or equivalent combination of educationand experience1-2 years Retail Banking experience preferred1-2 years Loan Servicing experience preferredWho We Are
