Beacon Hill Legal, is seeking a litigation paralegal with 5 years 'of experience in a medium to large law firm. This person should be experienced in drafting court documents, managing discovery, preparing trial binders, and E-Filing. Flexible on Hybrid/remote capabilities.

　　Responsibilities: Prepare templates and initial drafts of pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and related legal documents.Participate in initial client and witness interviews, investigations, and fact analysis.Prepare trial binders and exhibitsCoordinate/run background searches, public records research, arbitrator searches, and bio summaries.Assist with proofreading, cite and fact-checking, case law retrieval, and citation verification.eDiscovery: Manage and organize large volumes of documents, especially client document collections. Perform complex searches, review, and manage large discovery matters within Relativity and other web-accessible review platforms.
