Description
Robert Half is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal specifically with the background of construction defect. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to attorneys during all phases of the litigation process. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assisting in the preparation and filing of legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
Conducting legal research and gathering relevant information for cases.
Organizing and managing case files, including maintaining electronic and physical records.
Coordinating with attorneys, clients, and opposing counsel to facilitate communication.
Managing court deadlines and scheduling hearings and depositions.
Drafting correspondence and legal documents under attorney supervision.
Assisting with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness coordination.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred.
Experience in construction defect and preparing for trial.
3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
Proficient in legal research tools and case management software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of Colorado court rules and procedures.
