　　Our client, a well-respected mid-sized law firm headquartered in the city center, is seeking a qualified Litigation Paralegal to assist their successful team in handling various complex litigation matters. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual desiring to take their career to the next level.:

　　This full-time Litigation Paralegal role will be directly working with a collaborative, dynamic team of attorneys handling cases from commencement through resolution.

　　Providing full litigation support to attorneys, including legal research, document review and preparation.

　　Being responsible for case management, calendaring deadlines, and ensuring timely filings.

　　Collaborating with legal team to prepare for deposition, mediation, arbitration, and trials.

　　Assisting with discovery, including drafting requests and responses, managing document production, and reviewing documents for privilege.

　　Preparing trial exhibits and provide trial support.

　　Requirements

　　Bachelor's degree preferred, paralegal certification is a strong advantage.

　　A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.

　　Solid understanding of litigation legal terminology, procedures, and documents.

　　Excellent research, writing, analytical and organizational skills.

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PACER, and imanage

　　Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

　　Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

　　8.E-filing (State and federal) experience
