Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our boutique law firm client's team in the Gilbert / Chandler area. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex litigation cases, providing guidance to entry-level associates, and ensuring the efficient operation of our client's law firm. Billable target of 1500 hours and focus on work / life balance.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively and efficiently handle civil litigation cases

• Provide guidance and mentorship to entry-level associates in the firm

• Utilize case management software

• Prepare and manage briefings for various litigation cases

• Professionally administer claims and handle complaints

• Draft pleadings and argue motions in court

• Prepare for trials by gathering and organizing necessary materials

• Defend depositions and conduct depositions when required

• Ensure a balanced work-life environment within the team.

Requirements

Arizona State Bar - active license

5+ years of litigation experience
