Full time--2nd Shift 2nd Shift--Monday thru Thursday2:20pm-12:50am, plus overtime as needed. Training would beMonday--Thurs on 1st shift (4am-2:30pm, then possibly a split shiftduring transition) for 1-2 months. Qualified individual must be able toassemble lanyards and fastener parts according to blue print and shoporder for dimensions and tolerances. Qualified individuals must be ableto learn to Set up various pneumatic and hydraulic presses and handassemble metal fastener parts according to blue print and shop order fordimensions and tolerances. Requires strong hand-eye coordination andhand dexterity with small parts. Manually and mechanically assemblelanyards, rings, or other metal parts. Operates machines and performsduties in a safe manner. Maintains expected rates for production. Readsimple blue prints and QC sheets for product specifications such asdimensions and tolerances. Participates and works well as a team memberand able to work independently and make knowledgeable decisions. Engagesin excellent housekeeping and safety practices. Ability to sit for longperiods of time. Must be 18 years of age or older. Ideal candidates willhave solid, long-term, consistent work history.
