POSITION TITLE: Life Skills Technicians (LST)(Primary responsibilities will be with adults)
POSITION STATUS: 40 hours weekly / Regular Full-TimeDelta T&SS Unit / Non-exempt
SALARY RANGE: $17.21/hr to $21.32/hr LST pay scalePlus full-time benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs supportive tasks in the care, training, safety and general well-being of recipients inCommunity Living Supports/Community Support. Provide a full range of direct care services in such areas asleisure/recreation, communication, religious, cultural, and educational activities; vocational pursuits; activitiesrelated to entertainment, development of work attitudes; development of living skills; volunteerism; relationshipbuilding; assistive technology; environmental modifications; and family support. Implement and provide onlyservices assigned or determined in the Person-Centered Plan. This position requires flexible hours and days toinclude evenings, nights and weekends.
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum requirements; High school diploma or GED. Prefer one year of experience working inthe Human Services Field. Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid Michigan driver's license.
