Haven Homes, a 5-star rated senior care campus, is hiring compassionate, creative individuals to join our team as a Life Enrichment Aide. In this role, you will assist in implementing activity programs for our independent, assisted living and memory care unit. Our ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and has a positive attitude.
There are Part-Time, benefit eligible positions available working every other Saturday or every Saturday. Hours: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

Life Enrichment Aide responsibilities:
Encourage, support, and assist residents with activities.
Interact and assist residents on a one to one basis outside of structured program times.
Document activity attendance and degree of involvement.
Act as a positive representative at all times.
Display an attitude of courtesy and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
Assist in implementing Therapeutic Activity programs to meet the physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual needs of all residents in skilled nursing facility, assisted living, and memory care.
Maintains accurate attendance documentation for all residents.
Perform other related tasks as needed.
Life Enrichment Aide skills and requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
2+ years professional experience in a health care or childcare related activity program setting preferred.
Ability to work with senior adults with disabilities and their families in nonjudgmental, patient and professional manner.
Demonstrate good time management, organizational skills and positive attitude.
