VCA Animal Medical Center is expanding its Patient Care Team and seeking a Licensed Veterinary Technician!

　　Snapshot of the Role: Our team is dependable, adaptable, detail oriented and great multitaskers. We love to have fun and are a creative bunch. Our leadership team invests in each team member and we know that you’ve worked hard for your credentialing.

　　Assist doctors with exams, treatments and procedures.

　　Venipuncture and IVC placement

　　Administer SQ fluids, medications, etc.

　　Work in conjunction with all technical staff across the hospital to ensure hospitalized patients are receiving the best possible care and communicating frequently with the team.

　　Recognize subtle change in clinical status.

　　Discharge instructions with clients when they are able to bring their furry family member back home with them.

　　Complete estimates, basic record keeping.

　　Surgical preparation and assisting.

　　Anesthesia monitoring.

　　Dentistry.

　　Schedule: Full-time opportunities available, with flexible scheduling.

　　Compensation: Starting at $22 - 24 / hour. Pay is dependent on experience and licensure.
