　　Associate's degree

　　Prefer a minimum of 1-2 years' related experience (but will also accept new grads!)

　　Current BLS Certification

　　Current PPD (within 1-year)

　　LPN License photo with image

　　Seasonal flu shot

　　Current Physical (within 1-year)

　　Immunization Record, including MMR

　　Ability to lift patients assisted

　　Ability to remain calm and provide excellent customer service
