About this role: Functions as a member of the Legal Technical Operations team managing supporting the Contract Lifecycle Management System (CLM). Will assist in project deploying new CLM tool and will lead efforts working with global Legal and Compliance teams to build, test, and update contract workflows. Proactively monitors, operates, upgrades, and maintains CLM System. Will become SME on CLM system and provide support to Legal and Compliance users. Your responsibilities will include: Maintains up to date knowledge on the most recent CLM system, CLM cloud environment, and evaluates CLM system updates by reviewing CLM vendor published updates, attending training, and vendor demonstrations. Performs capacity planning efforts Engages with vendor to plan for cloud software upgrades Develops and executes testing plan for cloud software upgrades Monitors and reports on processes, uptime, performance, utilization and capacity of server equipment. Engages with CLM vendor to design, execute and monitor system backups to ensure company data and applications are safeguarded and can be restored to establish normal operation after an incident or disaster. Implements continuous improvements to ensure system is running properly and contract workflows, reporting, automation, and other functions are running accurately and efficiently. Interacts with users to accommodate requests for assistance and training. Performs trouble shooting and resolves system and workflow issues by analyzing issues and implementing corrective actions. Participates in root cause analysis and takes measures to address root cause analysis findings. Sets up administrator, service and user accounts. Maintains validated server equipment documentation, performs tuning of performance, installs server equipment software and allocates storage space. Develops and monitors policies and work instructions for system use and workflow creation and editing Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree 1-3 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
