Description

　　One of RHL's longstanding clients - a reputable firm with 70 attorneys in San Diego - is seeking two legal secretaries start immediately. ​This Legal Secretary should have experience in one of the following areas:

　　Litigation:

　　Calendar litigation deadlines, depositions, etc.

　　Prepare and format pleadings

　　Handle court filing (State and Federal) and service of documents

　　Compile exhibit binders for trial

　　Draft client correspondence regarding case updates

　　OR

　　Corporate:

　　Redline legal documents

　　Draft correspondence related to such matters as trusts, estates, tax, real estate, and other areas of transactional law

　　Maintain attorneys' calendars

　　Coordinate monthly billing process and prepare client invoices

　　Scan documents into document management system update electronic and physical files

　　Salary is contingent upon fluency with the duties above..

　　This Litigation Secretary or Corporate Secretary must be able to work on-site in Downtown San Diego daily; please do not apply if you are looking for hybrid work and/or do not live in San Diego. Parking is provided.

　　Requirements

　　Minimum of three years of legal secretary experience (litigation OR corporate)

　　Strong system skills in document management systems and digital filing systems

　　Working knowledge of Forms Work Flow, CompuLaw, and iManage. Command of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
