Description

Robert Half is currently seeking dynamic Leasing Agents proficient in both English and Spanish. Candidates should have experience in leasing or property management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with a diverse clientele and contribute to the growth of our team.

Engage with potential tenants in both English and Spanish to discuss leasing opportunities.

Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about available units.

Process rental applications and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.

Coordinate lease signings and move-in procedures.

Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and address any concerns or maintenance requests.

Collaborate with property management to optimize occupancy rates and maximize revenue.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local rental market trends and competitor offerings.

Assist with marketing efforts to attract prospective tenants, including creating listings and participating in outreach events.

Requirements

Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in leasing or property management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
