Description

Walnut Creek property management company needs a leasing associate to assist with leasing during their busy season. This position requires someone with leasing experience who is comfortable showing units across multiple properties.

Duties

You will sit out of the main Walnut Creek office and work on scheduling unit tours across 8 different properties (located in concord and walnut creek).

Following up on leads coming through the website

Assisting with lease agreement drafts

Communicating with potential tenants on a daily basis.

This position is anticipated to last a minimum of 4 weeks. The hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm.

Requirements

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites

Reliable transportation since you will be showing units across multiple properties

Experience in Property Management and Leasing

Available for minimum 4 weeks from 8:30am-5:30pm, M-F

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
