We are working exclusively with our client in identifying an experienced, tech-savvy learning specialist to assist in the successful delivery of a corporate university program and a catalogue of courses. This is a hand-on role where no two days are alike. A successful candidate will possess an ownership mindset and the drive to elevate the learning experience of internal customers. You will have knowledge of how to fill up classes, related registration issues, metrics to collect and report up to leadership, and operational issues of running an instructor led training program.Experience Required:Proven track record in the successful coordination and operations support of training programs. (Planning schedules, registrar duties, logistics, promoting classes, assessing/reporting program effectiveness.)Knowledge of instructional material and courseware design and maintenance. Includes instructor-led, e-learning and self-paced (e.g. job aids and reference guides).Start Date: ASAPDuration: 12 months with strong potential for extensionHours: 30+ hours per week (Monday-Thursday)Working Hours: 8am-5pm PTLocation: Mostly virtual, with occasional onsite time in Seattle, 1-2 days/month.Requirements:Experience as a training coordinator, administrator or similarMinimum of 3-5 years experience within a Learning & Development or training departmentMinimum 2 years experience working within Articulate360Tech-savvy: Ability to learn and grasp apps and systems quicklySolid writing skillset and eye for designWorld-class customer service skillsStrong communication skills with superior attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft 365 apps and toolsBackground Check and Drug Screening required if chosenNOTE: 100% Virtual PositionsDue to the nature of this virtual position, we anticipate a high number of responses from interested applicants.
