　　What you'll do Connect with a vibrant group of program managers and learning specialists (learning gurus) around the globe to encourage community sharing & social learning. Coordinate and work closely with Talent and Learning teams at Signify on various activation projects and campaigns. (Co-) organize development opportunities for Signify employees. (Co-) create change & communication themes and campaigns on embedding a continuous learning culture and encourage active learning behaviour on & outside of our new social learning platform. Manage the e-learning environment, its maintenance, and continuous improvement. Motivate, engage, and activate our employees and leaders to expand their knowledge and skills via our social learning platform Learning@Signify and create a positive buzz around learning by using existing communications touchpoints such as Yammer and MS Teams. Your qualifications Studying towards a Master ' s or Bachelor ' s degree in the areas of human resources/learning & development, psychology, business/economics, marketing/communication, digital/social media and/or learning - or have proven your interest in these areas through previous experiences; studying towards MBA is a plus. Strong internal/external communication skills and excellent English speaking & writing - knowledge of other languages is a pro. Creativity and experience/affinity with digital marketing/social media platforms. Good with copy-writing short articles and developing & editing (internal) videos (iPhone, iMovie); Image processing skills will be considered as a plus (Photoshop, InDesign etc.). A self-starter able to work in a fast-paced environment, with different stakeholders, and possessing a strong sense of ownership and hands on with a can-do mentality.
