　　We are looking for an exceptional L&D facilitator and designer in a contract role who is enthusiastic about creating a human and impactful environment supporting Robloxians to thrive.

　　This is a full-time contractor position for 6 months based in our San Mateo, CA location (hybrid structure with 3 days onsite per week) and will report to our Senior Director, Head of Learning and Development

　　You will:

　　Facilitate a suite of high-touch, interactive learning experiences focused on managers, leaders, and inclusive practices to support and mature our growing employee populationPartner with L&D leaders to ensure agreement of programs, clarity of execution, and broad adoption of offeringsCo-design learning experiences with an eye toward practice, play, and participation in the classroom, and innovative learning outside of the classroom, from videos to podcasts and moreCo-facilitate a host of team engagements to build strengths, deepen trust, and clarify ways of workingEnsure that Roblox principles and values are thoroughly integrated into all experiences. You have:

　　7+ years experience in a learning and development role in a corporate environmentExperience designing and facilitating learning experiences, partnering with leadership to identify behavioral change opportunities, and evaluating resultsExperienced at working with technical talent with the ability to focus on not-so-soft skills to facilitate rapid behavioral changeA designer, who thinks outside the slide deck to create experiences that surprise, delight, challenge, and inspireA deep subject matter expert in adult learning theory and the ability to recommend and implement learning solutionsAble to flourish in an environment of constant change For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.  All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.
