　　As Zoom's Leader of Localization & Marketization, you will manage end-to-end localization for marketing and internal stakeholders.

　　About the Team

　　Zoom is a global video conferencing company that provides remote communication services. Their objective is to make video communications frictionless and secure for businesses and individuals alike.

　　Responsibilities

　　Leading the centralization of localization and marketization processes across teams.

　　Implementing the proper localization quality process across teams.

　　Helping to define the global roadmap by region for go-to-market localization.

　　Driving and taking ownership of the successful localization of Zoom's website.

　　Managing website localization for currently supported languages and plan for future additions.

　　Conducting periodic quality audits, encompassing linguistic and functional quality.

　　Ensuring comprehensive localization coverage across various content areas by collaborating closely with the internal and external teams.

　　Managing projects and working with vendors within evolving translation technology framework, including TMS and CMS.

　　What we’re looking for

　　Have an understanding of the market environment, industry standards, platforms, and tools.

　　Have extensive experience effectively leading localization and globalization initiatives for an extended period.

　　Be a strategic thinker who will also be involved in executing initiatives.

　　Be a people-first leader who can recruit and develop excellent localization talent.

　　Bachelor's in Business, Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred.

　　Have experience with common Translation Management Systems and Localization Quality.

　　Have familiarity in common web Content Management Systems.

　　Be skilled at resolving quality issues/concerns while maintaining a positive dialogue.

　　Have knowledge of SEO and content marketing.

　　Have experience with budget management and tracking.

　　Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

　　Minimum:

　　$160,100.00

　　Maximum:

　　$280,200.00

　　In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
