What would I be doing?

　　Located just east of downtown Kansas City, Ameristar Casino Hotel Kansas City is a Midwestern entertainment hub that offers something for everyone:. Ameristar Kansas City has one of the largest casino floors in Missouri, amazing dining venues, a newly renovated luxury hotel and more. Ameristar also offers convenient parking in a five-level, 2,660 space parking structure with an enclosed, climate-controlled walkway to the casino and entertainment center. We are currently seeking a Lead Steward. The successful candidate will oversee the daily cleaning operations in all kitchens.

　　Adhere to established department and property policies and procedures

　　Train, coach, monitor, and develop team members for improved performance.

　　Issuing timely performance evaluations on subordinates and offering developmental guidelines and resources to achieve goals.

　　This is a uniformed position, which requires that team member’s are in compliance with uniformed appearance standards while on duty.

　　Track team member’s attendance, ensure proper chemical usage and safety, delegate responsibilities to ensure completeion of all responsibilities according to departmental standards.

　　Demonstrates ability to maintain cleanliness of all back of house areas with little supervison.

　　Demonstrates the ability to communicate through verbally, written, and e-mail.

　　Must have decision-making ability; frequent communication with other department heads; must be willing to accept responsibility of inventory, breakage control and accurate labor cost. Maintain Company Standards; be in compliance with Health Codes and OSHA.Required Natural Behaviors
