Job Description:

　　As a Lead Product Management & Development Manager you will play a critical role in the development, marketing and sale of 5G business products or set of products throughout the product lifecycle. You will collaborate and partner with business, sales, marketing, development, technology, and support teams to bring to market products that will meet the needs of and deliver durable value to business customers and meaningful growth, competitive advantage, and market share to AT&T.

　　Key responsibilities include:

　　Lead strategy development, design, test, and implementation of commercial go-to-market efforts for direct and indirect channels to deliver effective product introduction and revenue generation.

　　Gather customer insights and identify opportunities to drive new product opportunity and/or product enhancements to better differentiate offerings in the marketplace.

　　Collaborate with technical sales, business development, engineering, design, and other teams to propose, define and design product requirements and specifications for new features/functions ensuring a customer centric design and implementation.

　　Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including product marketing, digital marketing, finance, pricing, sales, support, network operations, and external partners to evangelize and drive product growth success.

　　Assess industry trends, competitive environment, emerging technologies to identify new product opportunities to deliver durable value and meaningful market share.

　　Prepare and vet business cases for new products and product enhancement roadmaps, including pricing and distribution strategy and delivery plans.

　　Serve as product subject matter expert for internal and external partners.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　6-8 years’ experience in product management, product development, or marketingDesired Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Mathematics or StatisticsOur Lead Product Management and Development Managers earn between $143,800 – $215,800 annually.
